Kristopher King
Originally from Aiken, SC, Kristopher has developed deep professional connections and knowledge of Charleston real estate over the past 25 years. He has managed hundreds of historic properties under conservation easement, has developed and built various projects, and worked on countless rehabs and restorations, earning numerous Carolopolis awards. He has worked with scores of homeowners, architects, and contractors. Kristopher also led the turnaround of the Preservation Society of Charleston, initially as Board Chair and then as its Executive Director. He is an expert member of the President’s Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, an Adjunct professor at Clemson, and a board member of Drayton Hall. Kristopher studied Architectural History at Trinity College and obtained a Masters in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania before making Charleston his full-time home. He has enjoying living at the beach and in numerous historic neighborhoods. He currently lives downtown with his two children and enjoys exploring Charleston’s cultural and culinary offerings. Kristopher understands how unique and special Charleston truly is. He is excited to bring his passion, experience, and knowledge to helps his clients.
