Originally from Little Rock, Melinda has been selling residential real estate for nearly four decades. She moved to Charleston over twenty years ago, and has been a member of the Million Dollar Club and a Realtor of Distinction for many years. Melinda works throughout Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and the surrounding areas, and is very active in the community, with membership in the Colonial Dames of America and the Junior League of Charleston. She is also a past board member of Life Management Center (which works with ADD children and adults), Charleston Day School, and the Epworth Heights Assembly in Michigan. An avid sports enthusiast, Melinda enjoys playing golf and tennis. She lives in the Historic District with her husband, John, and their two sons.
A Charleston native, Lindsay began her career in education after earning her Master’s degree from Clemson University. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her parents, she pursued a career in real estate. Her knowledge and love of Charleston helped her to build a career that has spanned 25 years. During the majority of those years Lindsay worked for a major boutique development firm where she sold properties ranging from the Historic District to the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. Lindsay, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), has been awarded Realtor of Distinction and is a past president of the Million Dollar Club.
When Lindsay is not selling real estate, she spends time with her family or traveling to interesting destinations. In addition, Lindsay is active in the Greek Orthodox Holy Trinity Church, participating in church ministries and community outreach.
